Qualification overview

The course allows students to gain an understanding of the internal quality assurance process
and what is involved. Students will be able to identify key techniques and criteria for monitoring quality  assurance of assessment and develop their ability in managing and
auditing for their individual workplace.

Entry requirements

GCSE or equivalent at Grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English is a requirement of this
course, alongside a Level 3 Assessor qualification.

Duration

13 weeks

 

2. Level 4 Certificate in leading the IQA assessment process and practice

Qualification overview

The purpose of this qualification is to confirm competence in an occupational role to the
standards required. It is intended for those who lead a team of internal quality assurance staff.

Who are they suitable for?

These qualifications are designed for those who currently work, or wish to work in the field
of assessment and internal quality assurance.

Entry requirements

Suitable for learners aged 19 and above.
